Shipping policy
Your orders are packed with care within 24hrs of receiving confirmation of purchase. Please email hello@palomashop.nz if there is any urgency with your order or you have any questions in regards to your purchase.
Orders made over the weekend and during NZ public holidays will be dispatched the following Monday (or next business day)
Please understand that the estimated delivery times are guidelines and are not guaranteed. We recommend that customers order well in advance for situations where an order needs to arrive by a particular date. We do not accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in delivery.
Please be aware that once your order is dispatched by us, our courier partners are responsible for delivery.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We recommend entering your local post office as the delivery address. You can collect your package from their facility.
We will email you tracking info when your order is on the way. We use NZ post for all couriers. Please be in touch if you have not received tracking within 2-3 days of placing your order. Please allow additional days for rural deliveries.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your PALOMA sarong, please be in touch for an exchange or refund. You are responsible for the shipping on returning to PALOMA.
